  • Communicating project progress and delivery
  • Improving our service quality

    Storage and Protection


  • Your personal information is stored on servers within mainland China
  • We employ reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data
  • After project completion, your original audio files are deleted within 30 days
  • Contact information is retained for 2 years after the last contact, then deleted
  • We cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission, but will make our best effort to protect your data
